Für wen NetoTrade agiert, findet man in den Konditionen: „The company NTGX LTD is not a broker , but acts as an agent to provide marketing and administrative services for the company SILVER GROUP LTD, incorporated in Vanuatu ,registered office in S.I.P building, P.O box 3010, rue Pasteur, port vila, Vanuatu.“
